You should drain the water (juice) out of the grated onion before adding it to the meat.
Mix all ingredients well.
Spread the meat mixture into an oiled 12" frying pan .
Cook over medium heat and use your spatula to cut the patty in half, then in half again until you get skewer sized strips.
Flip the "skewers" over after about 7 minutes or when the bottoms get a bit of a char.
Cook for another 5-8 minutes until charred.
Serve with hot rice and enjoy!
